For happiness… I find “self care” things like nails, makeup and shopping offer quick happiness due to the quick hits of dopamine… but it never last and you may just end up wanting more. They’re just things. They won’t fix your sads. They may temporarily… but that’s it. I recommend true self care like taking a bath, or a nap, or check out some nature trails. Read a book, call or hang out with friends or family. Have a good laugh. Smell your kitties. Stay off your phone - mostly social media. And best of all… talk to someone about the woes. Interesting video for sure. How long have you been using the d'Alba cream, pls? And beautiful blush & lip gloss shades, too bad I hate wand products. Also LOVE the MAC lip pencil. Will have to compare it to the ones I already have fom ABH (Raisin, Chai and Malt) & MUFE (Limitless Brown and Versatile Chestnut) though, not to accidentally get a dupe ... need to try your lip rubbing technique there as well. Hope you did get your looked for pick-me-up, and still are above water.:) Plus for the kittie!

I bought that Fenty bronzer like 4 years ago and the shade in the pan looks like the one in the video. Is it not possible that your skin is darker than it used to be when you used the old one ? I can't accept the fact that they may have changed it, mine has a huge pan and I love it 😢

That Haus Labs gloss last about 2 minutes on my lips. You have to re-apply it so often for a $26 gloss it’s just not worth it.
