Working on being non toxic ..stimulant free too.. gave up caffeine.. your health is so worth giving up alcohol , smoking , weed, vaping ,…let’s do it for our health peeps!

To add to things that will deteriorate you, I personally think tanning salons are really dangerous and a waste of money. They’re not as popular as they once were but I feel like it should be on that list. Love your videos and I’m glad your mom is doing better ❤

Sorry about your mom. I’m glad she’s cancer free. My mom passed from lung cancer 5 months after diagnosis and 1 1/2 years after quitting smoking. Enjoyed your video. Thank you.

Kyra Ann, your videos are helpful and make sense. My Dad died at 50 from lung cancer. I was devastated. I'm happy for your Mom. May God bless her with a long and healthy life. I quit smoking and drinking 34 years ago, and I don't miss it. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and now I have to make drastic changes in my food choices. I agree about Stanley and other cups. I found a great travel cup (Polar Camel). It costs less than some of the other travel cups. Please know that we appreciate you!

I often wish I would have known about minimalism years ago. I wouldn't have purchased over half of what I did back then. You are doing the right things Kyra. In the future you will know. Richard Simmons recently passed away. He helped so many people. I use to watch him because he was funny. But he also had a serious side to him.

Hi Kyra. So glad you are a smart young lady. Its not as hard for me, as i am in my early 50s. But its much harder when you grow up with all this social media all around you. Good for you. You look so beautiful and your hair is just gorgeous!! Have a lovely day!!🇮🇪

Many of those kitchen/seen on tv types of gadgets are actually for people with disabilities. It makes slicing one handed very easy, like if you have one hand, or have tremors etc. It's a lot cheaper to market to a large population.

It's funny I was helping my mom declutter for their downsizing move and she had one of those grape cutters. I brought it home because I eat a lot of cherry tomatoes and it was such a fail LOL. On the other hand she had this vegetable dicer that I just love and can't imagine how I lived without it! So I get you on the as seen on tv things a rare hit but mostly misses.

Great video! Personally I feel like gel manicure and shellac is something we don’t need and what can be harmful for our health. I still enjoy getting my mani pedi at a salon but I stop coating my nails with the nasty chemicals they have in the nail polish and gel. I’ve also read that the UV lamp rays which they use to cure the polish can cause skin cancer too. So a no go area for me now

My family (great grandparents, grandparents, mother, siblings) all smoke. My great grandmother actually started at just 8 years old. She lived to 84 but had hid her cancer from a lot of family. My grandmother died with skin cancer but I am sure the cigarettes didn’t help. Cigarettes were a big thing in my grandparents’ early life. I hate cigarettes! My mom is attempting to quit now. The “relief she feels from a cigarette is just from chemicals and poison s. I am 36 and am happy I never started! Glad your mother is no longer smoking. The loss I still feel from my great grandmother dying is horrid.

You are naturally beautiful girly :) Every product you have recommended has been great (I love my reusable undies and glass foot scrubber/file). Are you still doing the gym as your form of movement? For me, I enjoy yoga and walking. Keep up the great work with your channel, it will pay off

Alcohol? Oh hell nawww 😂 Jk I enjoy your videos. I do want to say though my mom passed from Lung cancer never smoked in her life. She had non small cell and it was already stage 4. You’re very lucky your mom is okay.
