This is the fourth presentation from PROFCom 24 given by Amy Ellis and was regarding our Supporting of customers with disabilities. Amy explained her own and her father's disabilities. She then explained how many disabilities are not obvious and how the industry could better handle breakdowns involving people with less obvious disabilities.
She concluding by explaining how many industries are now accept the use of a sunflower badge to let people trying to help understand that although it may not be obvious that person many need extra help and attention.
