The reason Sam has like 3.14 million subscribers is because he isn't a "professional". He's very down to earth and funny and relatable. He also has 2 restaurants. Unfortunately he is in California but I guess everyone has to live somewhere.

Sam has quickly become one of my favorite chefs. Love his videos and almost all of his food and recipes look amazing. Also he just brings such a funny element to all his videos, bc he just seems real and doesn't give a crap. Also his channel is among several that got me through the pandemic with my sanity intact.

A few comments and a tip from a firefighter: I hate reaction videos. Usually. I found this by chance, and I found the contrast between a chef and a good cook to be very interesting. Knife skills are something I work on as a “good cook”. My firefighter tip is to get a kitchen specific “smoke” detector (there are many different types of detectors, and not all sense smoke) A kitchen specific detector should keep alarms during cooking at a minimum. Install it least 10 feet away from your appliance. Anyway, thanks for the video and the cutting tips.

Reaction vids are not really my thing. But great commentary and great quality. If I should give some feedback it would be the audio of the vid. But the rest is waaaaay better then what u generally find on YT. Keep up the great work.
