I genuinely love these types of videos because I’ve been following Sam for a while now and while his recipes are flavorful and worth the effort, my weakest point in the kitchen has been my speed. It’s videos like these that show me that delicious food can be cooked quickly and easily. I’ve been trying to cook more with a timer and it’s always great to follow along with a 15 minute Sam cook along.

One time when I was in Brazil, I went to this very Italian city for a polenta festival. It was one of the greatest times I’ve ever had! They made a giant vat of polenta and then served everyone out of it. Polenta everything. Polenta with Bolognese, polenta with beef Parm, etc.

I’m 60, worked all day came home and made your dish …plus added roasted tomatoes with balsamic and olive oil, salt and pepper which oozed in nicely to the polenta. Just happened to have everything in house. It took me 20 minutes because I had to grab the ingredients and heat the barbecue and the chicken stock. Sam you are the bomb because everything I make from your cooking channel/app. 12:53 turns out great I eat like you and your family like to eat then I share your recipes like they’re my own and they are hits all the time so everyone comes to me about recipes lol
