Thanks a lot bro. To be honest I don't think I'm gonna make that video anytime soon. Those are information that you can find on YT easily. I prefer focusing on the actual emails that compose a sequence that you can then automate. (I post those videos on my discord) Hope it makes sense.

@@MattiaGiubilato well actually there are actually no good videos I could find on mailchimp and etc, everyone shows how to write emails, but they dont actally say, oh, when your client asks you to make a sequence you do this, then you go to this site, you press here and etc. It would REALLY help if you would do a video or two like that, to get the step by step knowledge and not just know theory, anyways, I think your chanel is the best copywriting chanel outhere, you dont clickbait, when you say youll do something, you do.

Yes exactly. Each email marketing tool has a different one. In this case %FIRSTNAME% is equal to the personalization of the first name on Active Campaign
