As a health coach, he's been coaching for several years and was featured on Time Warner's Get Fit. He's helped hundreds of individuals not only burn fat and build muscle, but also create a healthy active lifestyle so that people no longer have to yo-yo.
He's recognized for his zen style leadership. Combine that with his passionate vision of guiding others to become their best selves, gives him an authority when it comes to personal transformation. Whether it be through dance or fitness classes, he coaches individuals to gain the confidence they seek and get they results they never thought was possible.

One thing I like about this choreography is that it was originally made for 4 people but somehow they were able to adjust it to 13 people and it doesn’t feel jarring at all, it’s amazing.

FUN FACT: "Highlight" is actually a Performance Unit song. The CEO of Pledis Ent. love this song so much so they released a Music Video and an OT13 version performance. The lyrics of the song composed of three languages (Korean, English and Chinese).

I remember watching the practice video where Hoshi had them pause mid chorus with their arms stretched up behind them just so they can match the angles. The detail and work that went into this performance. 👌👌

All groups come out of the gate very good at choreography. But I feel like SVT debuted phenomenal at choreography. From the very beginning they were known as the really in sync kpop group doing difficult choreography, and they still are.

Seventeen's "Highlight" was originally a song that was wrote and choreographed as a song for the performance team sub-unit -- Hoshi, The8, Jun and Dino. However, the dance practice you saw was the song and choreo being redesigned to include all 13 members. So what I find even more impressive about this performance is the fact that it originally was only designed for 4 members, but, as the experts that they are, they were able to take the song and choreography and reworked it to add more parts to include all 13 members, which makes it even more complex.

The performance unit are the only ones wearing actual jackets in the dance practice (just ignore Jeonghan in his unbuttoned flannel shirt). I always thought that was a cool little nod to it being their song. It's one of my favorite choreos/songs by Seventeen. I have definitely paused the dance practice because I was like "Wait...are their arms all at the same angle when they go up like that?" They totally amaze me sometimes.

the performance team is amazing. they originally created this for their own unit and because the CEO liked their performance so much, even letting them shoot an MV (when the company is willing to fork over money, that means it's significant), they created a version for their whole team OT13 to perform.
