I just did this style. My back half looks flawless but when you get closer to the top I don't know what happened lol😏. Doing your own hair is so tedious, sometimes I wish I could just step out of my body just to be able to have a clean style like this!! Nice Job ma'am!!!👌👌

I have been watching your videos for about a month now and I must say you seem to really have your hair braiding techniques on point. I was looking to figure out where could I locate you to get my hair done a lo and behold your in Lagos Africa. Well the funniest thing about all of this is I am actually planning to come to Africa on my 50th birthday and I will definitely be looking you up to see if I could get my hair done. I will bring my own hair but I am so excited I don't know what to do. It won't be until another 6 months but even at that time I am counting the days down

i like the knotless concept, however the braids look as full nd heavy as traditional braids lol i thought the point was for less bulk of the braids themselves as well as at the base 🤔 i kno i can't hv heavy braids lls
@zuriis76325 жыл бұрын
Make your parts bigger and your end product won't be as 'full'. They'll be more spacey like I believe you want

It would help a lot if you offered explanations for what and how you were executing you braids. . . or perhaps closeups of what the hair looks like. Otherwise the video has no instructional value.
@Beluchy595 жыл бұрын
Ambrosia I wouldnt agree with that tbh. It was quite easy to understand what she was doing and see how. She started the braid the clients hair, then added small pieces to bulk it out. It was pretty instructional for me! I definitely learned from it
@ambrosia7015 жыл бұрын
@@Beluchy59 Thanks for your reply. You obviously already know a lot about braiding. But, for someone trying to learn, ...lost. How was the hair added? . which finger grabs 8t? ..add to the first section the middle, the last? What was the technique for those beautiful stair-step parts... Did the amount of hair added get larger or smaller as she went on? At what point did she stop adding hair? Did she add to same side or alternate? Is there a consequence if you alternate or use same side to feed hair? So, you see, all of that is not self-explanatory...hence, I'm lost.
@Beluchy595 жыл бұрын
Ambrosia well if you braid at all you would probably realise that if one hand is holding the hair, you’re going to be holding two sections. Add each leg of the strip of hair to each section and continue braiding as normal. It doesn’t necessarily matter which sections you add it to as long as you add the hair in the same way each time, and braid once in between each addition. To get the step parts you just... part it. Make The parts look like bricks. The hair she was axing looked the same size each time. The rest of the questions are honestly things you can learn if you tried the hair. It’s a little unfair to say this video “should” be instructional when it doesn’t make any claims to being a “how to” video. There are plenty of tutorials on KZbin that you could also use to answer your questions. It looks to me like Ms Merry just wanted to showcase, not so much educate.

It's all in the feel of the clients hair & texture to know when and how much hair to add. Which will all come with practice hence experience💕🌹
