Never knew you had a problem with herion lad , Uve come along way bill , the way u talked about your dad like nothing was ever enough to cut it for him when your looking for acceptance and never had it , I’m 31 from Salford my dads the same , the old school dads are unchangeable , nothing you can do will ever make them proud. We chase the acceptance off the father and when we don’t get it we think we’re not good enough or we are doing something wrong but in reality we’re not . I’ve been watching videos of you and your kid in Scotland and billy lad ur a top guy . I hope we cross paths one day . Hearing your ma say she’s proud of u is a nice thing bro . Uve changed your life around and as a stranger to u I’m proud of U lad X

Your making a big difference with your story, its so similar to mine, the initial slippery slope into addiction, 30 plus years its had us waste life.. Its not having any more years, tbh I hear it calling, but content like this stops the fall.. Keep on inspiring and kids, just coz todays drugs are different, and the stuff you smoke aint gonna get anyone calling you bag head, you can waste ur life on it and then you will have a derogatory name, as bad as a bag head, drugs change, addiction stays

We got the belt as kids but alongside that we got plenty of love from our parents and I’m lucky to totally love my dad , I’m not making assumptions about any ones dad but it’s a reflection I feel on men feeling like they’ve underachieved and channel their frustrations out on the wife or kids which can mess with a kids head leading them to make poor decisions in adulthood, and a long road to get it right and there the lucky ones as many stay messed up and carry on the circle

After all you've been through you'd think it would of aged you but you look so healthy and relatively young, Must be having very good gene's from ya mam n dad I guess. I've been through same addiction to that evil stuff, lost 6 years I was doing well when I got into it good job BMW missus I was bodybuilder so I looked after myself, just didnt help living where I was at the time and having a brother that was an addict who first introduced it to me when I was drunk anyways I'm bout 5 months clean I'm just smashing the gym as much as I can trying to reverse that damage somehow and slowly but surely its working. Its such a great feeling to be back to old me again. I'm not where I want to be yet but hopefully soon will be Your story has inspired me so much thank you.
