Word 2019 - Preview and Adjust Page Layout - Microsoft Office 365

Great video. Before a Windows/Microsoft Update, the print preview page displayed 1 page. After updates, it now display 2 pages. I adjust the zoom to display one page but it doesn't retain this setting for Word files. How do I set a default zoom for all documents to display one page only? Thanks.
