One point where this guy is actually 100 percent wrong is where there is a HEBREW not Arabic mistranslation of the word "eloha" and "elohim" meaning Gods. Look it up before you make baseless claims and then accuse others of making baseless claims. Eloha DOES mean "GODS" plural and modern day bibles mistranslate it as singular "GOD" Billy was right about the singular mistranslation but wrong about it being arabic. Actually idk if their is an arabic to english mistranslation but i do know for fact that there is a hebrew to english mistranslation. So billy COULD still be right. You have to look up everything anyone says and take it with a grain if salt until you do or EVERYTHING is just baselss claims. IN OLD HEBREW TEXTS IT IS LITERALLY GODS PLURAL and modern day Christians and Bibles are wrong when translating it as singular in order to push the agenda of an all powerful being. I am not doubting there is an all powerful God nor am I stating that there is, just stating a fact here. Google "eloha mistranslations" there's actually a modern teacher who is Hebrew who knows all of this who has done countless studies and teachings.

It was done by scientists from York University and UCLA.

@@adamg574 That's also something different. Billy is probably combining the two to create some random idea. I would imagine stimulating certain areas of the brain could have various effects on behavior.. but Billy is literally talking about a "gene" which was 'designed into us' for the purpose of making us worship the Anunnaki.

Humanity is deeply depressing. Joe Rogan´s podcast is exactly what Carl Sagan warned us about back in 1995, the results today are self-evident. "The dumbing down of American is most evident in the slow decay of substantive content in the enormously influential media, the 30 second sound bites (now down to 10 seconds or less), lowest common denominator programming, credulous presentations on pseudoscience and superstition, but especially a kind of celebration of ignorance” ― Carl Sagan, The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark Joe Rogan, Terrence Howard and Billy Carson are the perfect Dunning-Kruger effect trifecta.

I agree with the entirety of this debunk except for the characterisation of a "functional purpose" for genes at 42:56. As a PhD in biophysics, my take is that both the term "gene" and "gene function" are ambiguous and have a history of being ill-defined. For example, it seems like you are attaching the definition of a gene to a known function, which is fine and not 'entirely' controversial, but non-coding genes are very resistant to traditional studies determining function and our idea of their "usefulness" (in terms of functionality) is limited by our current understanding in the field. I know it seems like a very pedantic critique, and doesn't really change the argument you're making, but as someone I perceive as a fellow educator I figured it was worth mentioning. Also, idk if you linked it somewhere and i missed it, but would love citations for some of the resources you referenced in the debunk.

Usually, I don’t comment on videos, but this is absolutely outrageous. It’s so frustrating to see people getting away with defrauding others just to make money from their websites and KZbin channels. These so-called 'content creators' are profiting off the ignorance of innocent people who trust them, and it’s infuriating. Meanwhile, you have hardworking individuals out there, busting their backs working 12-hour days just to make ends meet and support their families. It’s deeply upsetting to think that these criminals, who haven’t done any real, productive, or constructive work that serves society in any meaningful way, are raking in millions. They contribute nothing of value, yet they’re thriving, while those who truly work hard and contribute positively are struggling to get by. It's honestly a sad reflection of how broken the system is when this kind of behavior is allowed to flourish, while genuine effort and integrity go unnoticed. It’s time people start holding these people accountable.

You keep making comments about how Joe doesn’t pick up on the grift or how he doesn’t realize that this guy has no idea what he’s talking about, but this is his job. His job is to entertain his guests and let them speak and keep them talking and making entertaining conversations for his audience. There’s no benefit for him to call them out and be confrontational. Even if Joe realized he was dealing with an idiot, I don’t think he would ever call him out and say that. Him correcting him on the pointers and the circadian rhythm and asking him how to speak that language he clearly doesn’t know how to speak IS how Joe is calling him out and poking holes in his story. When he says that religion is based off of old myths, he’s not ACCIDENTALLY dismantling this guy’s beliefs. He’s bringing up good points casually and letting it seem like he’s not trying to do that because if his guests feel confronted and attacked, they are more likely to leave. Plus, he doesn’t invite guests on to debate them. He invites them on to have a conversation. It’s one thing to be as knowledgeable as you and say something stupid to your face and you correct them. It’s another thing to be speaking to Joe Rogan and to say something stupid. He’s not an academic scholar on anything. He’s just a dude who has a podcast and invites a ton of different people on it. 29:07 okay so this part made me laugh OUT LOUD. time for me to break down why this is absolute bs 1. "modern day bible" made me cackle. currently, scholars think the torah (five books of moses) was redacted (completed) during the persian period, 539-333 bc. while there are a lot of new translations and what not that are always being released of the torah and its accompanying texts, jewish tradition has always used the masoretic texts, which haven't changed since the 7th century ad (and really the only difference is vocalization and accentuation). idk about y'all but that's not very modern to me 😭 2. the torah was never in arabic or aramaic????? neither of those languages existed when it was being redacted. he's looking for hebrew. the torah was originally written in hebrew. that's why so many people call the tanakh the "hebrew bible." bc it's in hebrew 😭 3. okay so he's looking for a name of gd that's not only used in deuteronomy, but throughout the torah. yes it does have a plural ending, but not because it's talking about multiple deities. many words in hebrew have plural forms baked into them, like life חיים, water מים, and sky שמים. אלקים is not alone in this. additionally in every (or almost every? pretty sure it's every) instance of this word being used to refer to gd, it is grammatically treated as singular-there will be a verb conjugated in the singular, an adjective conjugated in the singular, or even literal actual words saying it is singular like in the shema (which he's probably referring to when he brings up deuteronomy. a LOT of christians and those who live in christian societies like to point to the shema as proof of the holy trinity, bc one of rhe words referring to gd has this plural ending, and deuteronomy isn't even the part of the torah that uses this name most often, that honor belongs to the creation stories in genesis) it's important to note that this -ים ending does serve a grammatical and tonal purpose. in many languages, respect and authority are conveyed by using a plural form of a word, think the "royal we" in english. other languages that do this are latin and ancient arabic! we even see instances of this in the tanakh, like isaiah 9;4 (יד אדונים קשה ומלך אז ימשל בם) or genesis 39;20 (ויקח אדוני יוסף אתו) etc etc

That's not necessarily true. If I were to explain to you, the process of making methamphetamines or TNT any other reasonably involved chemical reaction(s) and if I didn't dumb it down at all, it might all sound just as incoherent, except to other chemists. Same for biological processes and biologists, etc... The salient difference here is that this idiot isn't describing any real processes. Any of the professions in the physical sciences can demonstrate that their knowledge is based in objective reality, by telling you "I'm going to make x," so that even if you don't really understand the process that they describe, you can judge the finished product. They can demonstrate the truth of their claims, with no difficulty. Whereas idiots like this guy, will always find some way to weasel out of demonstrating any tangible connection to reality.
@mattmatt7865 ай бұрын

Most ancient cultures saw "alchemy" as a metaphysical concept, i.e., the transmutation of the ego and all the suffering it causes (lead) into a selfless balance with nature (gold). Also, maybe the Anunnaki did practice physical alchemy, but were either unable to make enough gold, or unable to make enough of it in time with the accessible resources, so...
