Physical Chemistry lecture that discusses the entropy associated with phase transitions. The interplay between the entahlpy and entropy of phase transitions is explained. Additionally Trouton's Rule for Entropy of vaporization is introduced and analyzed. A few exceptions to Trouton's rule are discussed. The entropy of heating is also introduced.
