Professor, At 7:50 what if somone make pills number from 60 to 68 which also falls into the category of 50-74?

They might get away with it! These are called "Tamper Resistant" Prescripton forms, but they are not "Tamper Proof"!

Question: If a Canadian guy has a prescription for heroine and travels with the full package (drug and prescription) to the USA, is he/she gonna get trouble there? And what if one combines a narcotic with a vitamine or glucose, would it then drop to III as well?

If the FDA requires that the generic form be just as good in quality, why would a Dr. require only the brand name when it is known that it costs so much more?

Based on an article in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), many physicians prescribe brand names rather than generics based on the requests BY THE PATIENTS. (This may be exacerbated today by even more television commercials, targeted at the layman, promoting a particular brand product.)
