Amazing! the only nutrition class that was available for summer was an online one. Professor is not the best, she gives no lectures, no notes, just read the book, take exam, and write an essay (the highest grade on the essays she gives is 49/50). Before I found you I was making notes+notecards+online research. I was having to study harder for this class then I was for A&P!

At what rate does hydrogenation form trans fats verses saturated fats? Maybe there’s a way to hydrogenate oils and separate the trans fats via distillation or mole sieve.
