This is one of my favourite episodes from Criminal Minds, ever. When it came on tv, I was just glued to it. I have loved Derek from the beginning but this episode just made me love him more. It was so sad, I actually cried! Shemar played the role so well! Also shows how some people can cover up their pasts so well, its hard to tell.

l love this episode. l'm so glad they finished the story. And l'm glad they gave Shemar Moore another solo episode. l wish they would do bigger story lines for Derek Morgan.

Derek really was the type of loving person, who would protect people and not let people get into fights!! I really admire that!!

Even though this episode was 14 years ago, amazing, suspenseful, and surprised how this episode ended. Great story line. 13 more seasons to go! I'm enjoying this show!!!!

That's because the show was actually good back then. They actually profiled and focused on the cases, and the stories were interesting. The last seasons got repetitive and the characters know everything about each other and act like family. They spend most of the episodes talking about their feelings and having redundant conversations with each other and they solve the case at the last minute by having garcia type something in the computer. Not much profiling in the later seasons.

I agree I’m still rewatching criminal minds many years later and enjoying it like the first time Shemar really is a great actor from yr to CM he’s getting better and better ❤️
