In this video, I'll show you how to connect Mautic to ThriveCart using HTML forms so that you can add tags to people when they make a purchase on ThriveCart.
Note: This is a repost of my very first KZbin video, originally from another channel back in 2018! The info is still relevant and still works perfectly. I still use this technique.

It is a sales funnel but natively support abondrnt cart don’t waste your money , go with woofunnels it’s come with automaticons sms plus email

If you want them to go into a different segment, you'll need unique forms for each product. If you don't care if they go into the same segment, one form is fine.

Hi, I've followed the video step by step and it "kinda" works. I'm receiving the email field correctly, but just that. The rest of the fields in my form get blank values in Mautic, and the contact is only registered if there are no required fields. Is there any step I could've missed to receive all the fields in the form?

Hey Irene, From ThriveCart's help doc, they speficy what the form names must be to map everything. ------ Please note that only HTML forms are accepted. Javascript is not supported. The field names must also match below. If you forms use different field names then contact us with a copy of your form and we can add support for this. Supported field names Customers full name: name, Name, NAME, mc-name, da_name, ms-name Customer’s first name: firstname, first_name, FirstName, FIRSTNAME, FIRST_NAME, FNAME, fields_fname, mc-firstname, contact_fields[first_name], forename, ms-First Name, Customer’s last name: lastname, last_name, LastName, LASTNAME, LAST_NAME, LNAME, fields_lname, mc-lastname, contact_fields[last_name], ms-Last Name, surname Customer’s email address: email, Email, e-mail, EMAIL, fields_email, email1, email_address, contact_fields[email], da_email, ms-email As long as your HTML input fields are named one of the above, then they will be recognised by ThriveCart and details matched to it.
