I always thought this machine was superior to the max trainer. But yes, a comparison video between these 2 would be much needed and appreciated. There’s just not enough videos of these ellipticals on YT and with the holidays coming up would be a fantastic time to help ppl decide. I’ve been researching these 2 and comparing for a while. I like the compactness of the max but it is much louder and seems it requires a lot of personal handy work straight from the box. So many negative reviews about it making noise and breaking etc. So if you could touch on that aspect as well it would be great. Thanks for this video

After 3 years of constant problems with the Proform HiiT H14, I'm finally giving up. It's going to the junk heap. With all its rusted support legs, broken bolts, and dripping grease; I just hope it can somehow be recycled. I got as much workouts fixing the Proform HiiT H14 as I did using it. It was a waste of money 0:48 .

no, you can use it in the basic/manual mode, but it won't provide you with programming or keep track of your stats. - Linds

I was initially excited to see this model, because it looks like a great workout, but the Amazon reviews are absolutely savaging ProForm units in general. Really makes me hesitant.

it's a nice machine but if you do not want the ifit option it is a pain. as you have to unplug and re plug to work in manual every time. There are no pre programed workouts on the machine without a ifit membership , if I wanted to pay a monthly fee would join a gym. amazing how we are set back 20 plus years, due to greed and lack of information. just try to buy a good machine with pre programed workouts. Yes I own one and will trade for a used treadmill with preprogramed workouts
