Hi Omar, great video once again! I've got one question for you: in summer prep I will be training together with a keeper who is 1,70m (5"7) small. What should I concentrate on the most? Bounce? Position game? Could you give me a view tips please to up his game?

Great exercises. The only thing that i ve to suggest is to be well positioned in the net according to the ball. Most of the time, the GK didn't have the right positioning so he had to adjust the way of moving from the post to the line ball.

Omar, what is a purpose to bend lower hand after catching low balls? I have seen Alejandro doing it, im also doing it by myself, but dont know what to say when someone is asking me about that

Hey Omar! Do you notice the difference when he is super narrow very wide in his initial shape? When he's narrow, he pops his feet out and then cant react quick enough or push. When he's wide, he's balanced and able to move/push out of his shape

My biggest weakness is my goal kick.. I been having problems with for years because of my knee.. So what can i do to improve my goal kick an not put too much pressure on my left knee??

Strengthing your knee first. With single squats (box) or jump rope/softly running. Or make your weak foot stronger. But take care first of it and work rather on that period on throwing, rolling and analyzing of distribution. :)
