We wouldn't have low inventory if we didn't allow massive corporations to buy up all of that inventory

It's sad to see. We need more people to write DeWine. With all this new investment and expanding job market, i would love to see corporate or foreign investment outlawed in single family homes. We have entire neighborhoods that were build and sold to rent to Wallstreet before any single family can even compete. Average house hold earnings + average savings in the state is never going to compete with Wallstreet cash.

Most of those programs are a rip-off and come with 15 to 20 years deed restrictions. I am not employed by nor a paid spokesperson for PNC but as someone who's recently been in the market go to PNC ask about the PNC grant via down payment you'll have to raise the money for closing costs and appraisal so you're looking at 2,680! If you cannot come up with that then board the damn boat!
