Can you tell me why the the (warning sequence error )show up in the screen ?And how can I fix that ?

Hello Rafael, the warning sequence error happens when we don't press the keys in the correct order. For example, when you are going to use the discount method in this video, it is important to press subtotal before I press the amount ($) and then the D/C key. If you still need a little more help with this, call our store anytime! We're here to help.

As for the fix, press CLEAR anytime you see that error.

@@acbmtech how about when it says “req open subtotal after hitting the subtotal then D/C key”?

Hello @jadegomez163 sorry we didn't see this sooner! When you receive that message it is because that is not the correct sequence to activate that discount key. 'REQ OPEN SUBTOTAL' means you need to press the SUBTOTAL before you try to give a discount. Once on the SUBTOTAL screen you can input the amount you want to discount followed by the D/C key.
