Does Hayward have a separate app where you can get in there and set it up remotely do what you just did or do you have to be at the panel box with that secondary controller to set it up? If so, what are the two apps that you need to download, just started working with a company that does all Hayward and I’m not familiar with the aumick Jandy and Pentair. Yes Hayward no

If you’re going to put a video like this together, you should show how to set up everything. Not skip over things that aren’t on your pool for those of us who do do have those features.

We have an OmniPL and we just had our pool guy recently replaced a pool light and now the lights don’t sync. Any suggestions? I tried the system down option and turning lights on and off for 12 seconds etc. method w/o success

If you get a chance a video on the OMNIDIRECT lighting configuration and relay wiring would be a big hit not much information on setting it up and I noticed you jumped over it😀

Does the spa and pool use the same relay for the heater ? My heater wont auto switch to spa mode it just stays in pool mode and I have to manually put it in spa mode on the actual heater.

Usually you want to set the heater for bypass operation so it is only controlled from your control panel.

Just want to know why you set the heater up on HVR1 relay this is a high voltage relay should it not be set up on one of the LVR1-LVR4 relays am I missing something 😃👍great video keep up the good work

Yes it should be on one of the LVR relays I was moving through setup rather quickly and set it on the wrong relay I had to go back and change it. I was wondering how long it would take for someone to notice 🤔

They come with the Omni Logic but not the Omni Hub. You can probably get one from Hayward directly.

So I did a update on my omnilogic and now my omnilogic isn’t showing the HUA for my vsp pumps, what do you think could be the issue? I updated the msp and mpp. They worked fine before the update

I would shut off all of the breakers for 5 minutes or so and give everything a chance to reset. If that doesn't work check all of the control wire connections and make sure the wires aren't loose.

You need to make sure the temp sensor for the water is installed and attached to the proper terminals. Then make sure the sensor is set up in the programming.
