Programme 5. Skills Training Youth (ZAPDD)

This stand-alone programme describes the work undertaken as part of the Youth Development Programme within schools and outside of schools for youth with special needs. It challenges schools and teachers to consider the curriculum for students who cannot cope with the academic work in secondary schools but who still need education if their life chances are to be improved.
