How do you programme the remote when you do not have the old one

It's not very clear actually, you need to say whether its a PRESS or a HOLD of the button. Also, when you have the 2 remotes next to each other, your finger is on the black remote's button, but it is not clear if you are holding that button down.

How do i connect my controler to my motor it self? i only have 1 controler and its not connected anymore

Marcos, is quite correct. This video is NOT clear. In the video, the programmer releases the black remote's button after pressing it down. This will not work. You have to maintain the finger on the button, pressing it until you have held the activating remote's button down and the light flashes three times on the remote you are trying to program.
