@@SELVITAMIL-we9mg Star Avenue is behind the Jalan Sungai Buloh road. Why it won't be successful like SOGO mall, AEON? And it's near to the Subang Airport.

@@ikanmesra I am staying near Star Avenue. No investors to open shops there. Not even proper famous makan shop.

@@SELVITAMIL-we9mg Because the entry to underground parking lots is hard to find. When there's almost no businesses, business companies will think opening a business here will be unfavorable. Yet since there's an elevated DASH highway, it blocks the view of the mall. Peoples can't see the mall from the outside. That's why it's dying.
