Hi iherng, my family is planning a to buy a double storey around that area to stay for rest of our life, Elmina Ridge if not mistaken. What do you think about that place? Isit too far away from KL City centre, PJ those for working? I am currently living in Cheras KL. Appreciate your valuable insights.

I just saw the master plan. In front, there is a mosque, which might cause traffic jams every Friday. Choosing a unit facing the park might result in some noise.

Stay in this area, don’t worry about the mosque the soundproofing of the units are great, you can’t really hear it.

have been staying here since 2019 from forest and bare land to upcoming city has been a painstaking wait for all these to come up so would not move out from it any time soon. Hopefully the new upcoming dash exit via elmina would ease the traffic (copium)

It's too bad this project don't have 4 room options, else I could really consider getting this for ownstay, but the issue is the accessibility as the MRT track won't be built anytime soon. Haiz susah lah there's never a perfect timing for a perfect home. 😫

hi, Mr Iherng, I'm one of your fan. but I'm here got question/conflict on building interest matter. the property now is now just want to 施工 (which means) haven't build up any. but was told that need to pay building interest (which is not paying the money for loan but help the developer to pay to banker depend on construction completion percentage.). eg. starting Rm100++/month for 10%, double up/month for every 10% completion. so when is 90% is near 1k/month ady. And, was told can be avoid to pay this and instead pay the instalment at first place since signing spa although the condo/property is haven't start doing. so, is it safe for this action: paying instalment at first other than building interest? btw the construction company is BWH (Sabah local company) and SKS
