Yes, as there aren't many places to hangout around this area, but just unsure if the business of the mall coild survive if not many outsider of Elmina visiting 🤞

open concept mall. all the best. look at The Curve open concept portion and Chitta Mall. They're not doing that well. Malaysians still prefer fully airconditioned environment.

Bayk sgt mall. Kat klang valley, zaman skarang org beli online jek, kalau org pegi mall pon lepak dgn amek selfie balik, kedai2 kat mall susah nak hidup

Malaysia has 1074 shopping malls as of the end of 2023 while in US there are more than 116k malls, so I think we have a long way to go to catch that up but thats the last thing Malaysian need I think. Thanks for watching!
