Hey! I just found your channel within the last week. I am attracted to other men. I had multiple boyfriends in my life. Then God came and touched my life and I left my past and sought to follow Him. I have definitely struggled with Christians who push Pride and LGBT issues. I am still attracted to men, I don't know that that will change in this life, but God has still changed me and helped me turn to follow Him. Thank you for speaking truth. I want more Christians to know that truth is the greatest form of love. Despite my change, I have had Christians tell me to leave God and return to boyfriends to be happy. It hurts my heart to see how deceived they are... Thank you for speaking truth.

Just discovered your channel. I want to give a quick correction. The concept of 'Jesus died for everyone' is not 'universalism'. Universalism is the idea that everyone will be saved. The Bible says that Jesus died for the whole world (1 John 2:2), but not everyone will be saved (Matthew 7:21). Jesus did die for everyone, but you have to believe and trust in him to be saved. God bless you!

@ProMaxElite I was literally thinking the same thing! 'For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit' 1 Peter 3v8 and even 1 John 2v2, where it says Jesus died for the sins of the world, and countless other verses. Jesus DEFINITELY died for ALL of us, doesn't mean we automatically get into heaven - we obviously need to choose to follow Him and repent.

Well, Jesus absolutely died for everybody, but the issue is not everybody accepts him. So people who don't accept Him aren't really benefitting from His salvation and don't have relationship with Him. In context, I interpreted the TikTok guy to be implying that everyone benefits from Jesus and everyone is Jesus' sheep even if they don't believe in Him and follow His word. (We know that those who believe/love Jesus keep His commandments.) Which isn't true if that is indeed what he meant.

Satanism isn’t about just loving those that love them: it’s more about loving yourself and surrounding yourself with people that respect you for you and not just “tolerating” you. THAT is a difference Christianity seems to miss about what that means. No one wants to only be tolerated within the community of people they are apart of. That’s just abusive to how you view yourself. I see the Christian faith as not actually loving their neighbor, but loving the idea they are following what is written for how to treat different people even if the treatment doesn’t change how you are ultimately impacting that person’s life institutionally.

Thank you so much for addressing God's multi-faceted personality. So many Christians and In-Name-Only-Christians are so focused on the love, grace, mercy, kindness, and acceptance of God, that they then completely push aside or try to hide the holy and powerful wrath and judgment that our God can inflict. Our emotions were created by God as a way to express ourselves to others. How could He create those things such as joy, love, peace, sadness, frustration, and anger unless He Himself experiences a version of those emotions?
@JMz685

I don't think that they are mutually exclusive. His wrath and judgement is an expression of His love. Sin is the opposite of love and naturally God's wrath is His response to the evil of sin, that not only grieves His heart but also destroys us, the objects of His love. God bless :)

this is why I love my pastor, my family is a part of a small church plant and my mom who is a counselor shares an office with the church, i was there with her and my pastor and i was telling her about one of your videos on progressive Christianity, explaining the biblical ideas the woman had spoken of, of course i disagreed with her, and my pastor overheard the conversation and asked me what i was talking about to make sure i wasn't being led astray, he cares so strongly that he stopped what he was doing to make sure i was okay, and that is what a pastor should do, not actually be the one leading people astray.

I saw something recently that I am going to restate very poorly here, but it said: "Telling someone the truth is an act of love. Telling someone what they want to hear is an act of selfishness." I couldn't agree more. God's love is for everyone, and we should act accordingly. That does not mean that we should lie to someone about their actions or lifestyle being biblical. We all live in sin. And I expect to be called out by loved ones when my behaviors fall short of the standard that the Bible tells us to strive for.

When I became a Christian the Gospel made so much since and it was simple to me. There was no question on why Jesus died and there was no question on if He was God. The Gospel is so simple, but in an effort to justify sin people are twisting and complicating the Gospel.

Also, If may make a correction, the phrase "God died for all" isn't inherrently universalism, rather it's a part of Arminianism. Basically it's the belief that Jesus took upon himself the sins of the whole world, rather than just the elect, and thus died to save the whole world from God's wrath. This is paired with the belief that God calls all to repentance, but many ignore or fight against it because of their sin. I'm not arminian myslef, nor calvanist, but I just thought I'd bring up the correction. God bless
