Also remember some characters have a short full hop like Snake that can't go from first to second platform. With them, platform drop then immediately use their higher double jump to reach the top platform with an aerial without overshooting.

Well not to put you down but the platform ghostng Doesn’t work when your opponent is below the platform. Because almost all characters have a move that will be able to hit you before you get to them. Theo it does work when your opponent is in end lag
