It’s a really good No-man album, well representative of what they were doing at that point in time as a band, which was very different to earlier days and especially now. ‘Truenorth’ is the centrepiece that demands attention!

Their best album. Truenorth is the best thing they've ever recorded, but Wherever There Is Light and Song Of The Surf are pretty wonderful too

I remember getting this upon release, and it just never stuck with me. To be fair, not much of No-Man did stick with me. Maybe I'll feel differently after all this time.
