Project Boat - Converting a stern drive to podded outboard Pt 1

Part one of the the whole story of when we decided to take on an old project boat and fit on the back a massive 350 horsepower engine!
This is the story of 'Beast', a clapped out 23 foot Bertram which had a rather unreliable inboard, so we decided to embark on a full restoration and bolt a Yammi V8 350 on the back, which at the time was the biggest outboard engine in the world.
