thanks for the video, once communication plan is defined, where does it belong? does the pm give it to every key stake holders? do they put it on a board? how does it work

hey, thanks for watching and for the great question. Mainly, communication plan is a part of the project management plan docs kit. Best, if you can split it per stakeholder group and not all the info could be necessary for everyone, but there could be important details per the group of stakeholder. For example, if this is your team, they would need to know the meetings schedule and channels to get tasks and project updates. Hope this helps :)
