Thank you, its looking nice now. They have fully reupholstered the interior. Highroof next, seats will stay as they are tho. 👍

Thank you. I just use Tec7 adhesive sealant

This T3 seemed to be a lot faster restoration. Well done. Have you watched fellow Irish channel Called 'Soup Classic motoring" on youtube? They do a lot of fabrication to classic cars as well in stop motion. Cheers

Thanks for the recommendation, just checking it out now, this one was much quicker, mainly due to a rust free chassis, simple engine conversion and most importantly it was started after the summer when I can dedicate the time.

@@TheTinski07 Your set up is looking a lot more efficient now with the booth and high roof. Yeah The guy George from Soup surfs as well. I reckon you guys should do a collab or at least discuss tide charts. Hope you are getting some waves!

@@TheTinski07 Hey One idea I have seen for a future T3 restoration is to put all the ports for power inlets/ water. etc under the unused trim piece on the RHD vans that are meant to hide the LHD vans sliding door and put a piano hinge on it for access (Not sure if that makes sense)

Hello, what paint did you use to paint the high top. I'm just worried about it cracking when I do mine.

This one I used the same 1k acrylic enamel I used on the body but I did one last summer using marine grp paint. International pre-coat followed by international Toplac. Only reason I didn't do it this time is colours are limited

Should the end bit on exhaust for heater be up straight as there is a hole to drain any water I think

They have a little drain alright but after having a little issue recently with a smokey heater I can safely say the no part of those silencers is sealed in any way whatsoever 😕

@@TheTinski07 just putting a Chinese heater in van at the moment and have seen lots of KZbin channel

@@kevinwalsh8558 They're great, make a huge difference to the vans, I have them on the boats as well. I don't have the silencer on on my van but it does quiten them down a nice bit. That Scottish guy has great videos about them.
