Hi bro. I have been using pixel os from the last 2 days, it's looking good overall but since it's an initial build, there are many missing features like no miui cam, no background app notification banner in status bar, no updater. Just wanted to give this information. Other than that, it's running very smooth. I think android 12 version of pixel os is still better right now.

I don't think there are any official custom roms for this device.. i just saw some unofficial builds on xda xdaforums.com/t/rom-android-12l-unofficial-ota-lineageos-19-1-for-redmi-note-9-5g-and-redmi-note-9t.4484169/

You can try A12 version of project elixir (v2.1). It's good.

I'm using elixir 2.1 all the features are working fine except multiuser part is lit bit laghy and some bugs with app lock

cherish os 4.1 is the best rom for this device .i am using this rom on this device for more than 1 month and have faced much less bugs . so i would recomend u to use this rom for this device . it will run smooth as butter

Hello. I have made a tutorial for pixel experience Android 12 (miatoll) and the method should be the same. I have used orangefox recovery in that video but you can use pixel experience recovery as well.

I don't think firmware update is required in this case. You can directly flash the rom. I will try to make a video but it will be very similar to the one i posted previously. Everything is similar for android 12 and 13 version of pe.

Sure bro. But it is not that difficult I guess. You can do it either through a custom recovery (but ota updates won't be possible for a non-rooted phone) or through mi flash tool (you will get ota updates and an option to keep the bootloader unlocked). I will try to make a short video.

Hi bro.. if are you talking about custom ROMs, it's a very short method, so making a long video won't be possible. You just have to format the data and flash the previous android version of the rom.

Not really sure. I couldn't try any other custom rom. But i think spark os has anx camera, not sure about 90fps though!

Hey! It's going good actually. Battery backup is very good but since v3.2 is one of the initial releases, you might have to wait for the next update (for more features).

Most custom ROMs will give you around 6-7 hours of screen on time. Elixir Android 13 has a great battery life but it's still in beta so have to wait for some more updates to get all the features. Android 12 version of arrow os, zephyrus have a very good battery life as well.

You will get better battery backup with miui compared to most custom ROMs, that's how it is 🙂
