So they did have the Nordschlife in PGR3. I couldn’t remember if they had it or if they only had the Nurburgring GP.

Yep they sure did! They have also got Nordschlife + the GP circuit which they call "The Behemoth"

Is the nurburgring in pgr3 shorter than the nurburgring in pgr2

No it’s the same track, but the scaling of the track feels different. I don’t think either are particularly accurate because the times in sim games are quite a bit slower
