You may want to look into the cons about making the cab that custom length. I, too, wanted to make a custom cab lengthed Brute, but quickly realized that I did not have the ability to custom fab a hard or soft top to accommodate that length. If you do the traditional Brute cab length you can buy aftermarket hard and soft tops that accommodate it.

Definitely. We have taken it into consideration. The hardtop will be the most difficult part of this build but we are up for the challenge. We have a plan for it. Also the extended cab is something I really want so we will make it work!

hi guys love the channel no shouting just great content, love the garage space, over here across the pond in the uk just small workshop, making a cab for my 79 CJ7 so your content real helps as a bit daunting having semi retired never touched bodywork until now but watching your uncle bend that sheet hats off, as going to do the same as looks factory being curved, anyway great channel like your idea of new content we be good to see your dads motors thanks again
