Does the m57 have air con and if so will you retain it ? ive always wondered why someone doesn't fit say the full bmw aircon and not bother with land rovers at all - would be a nice refinement for your land

Yes as standard the m57 does have aircon. I, however, will be deleting it as i personally hate the aircon units in older defenders as they take up huge amounts legroom. It certainly is possible to get it working nicely with the later puma dash setup. A custom unit could also be created for the older style dash however this would be complex & expensive. ollie

All Defenders come with standard aircon. In fact most owners spend years trying to fill the gaps to get rid of it!

What price does the transfer box rebuild your having done cost?

I cant remember of the top of my head but if you spec up the transfer box on the Ashcroft Transmissions website it'll tell you. cheers ollie
