So this video is older but just in case you still keep up with the comments. Adriana I am stepping into the official project manager/coordinator roles because of the title. Lol. But I realized I’ve been doing project management throughout my career especially in management or leadership roles in emergency services. I love how you don’t cut out the segments when you get tongue tied. It shows that you’re okay with being human and not perfect. I am all ears to anything you can share to make sure I become a successful project manager. Your videos are amazing! I do not have formalized PM education or training and my god is it a costly one, but what videos do you have for the non PM becoming a PM?

Hi, Deepika. Experience is the first step and you can do that by being part of a team on a project. Once you have experience doing that you can ask to become a team lead. There are some great online courses that you can take to understand the practical side of project management. Below is a link to my Slay Project Management course that will give you just that.
