Harnessing 1) Emotional Intelligence, 2) Social Intelligence, and 3) Idea Generation and Problem Solving, ultimately leading to a more comprehensive outcome. I'm a construction coordinator for a big tech company and am extremely excited about AI but find other coordinator fighting against adaptation. They are concerned about becoming obsolete. The truth is good people don't become obsolete. The job might but not the people. This fear is hurting the company's growth.
