Yes slowly getting there, really has cleaned up nice that CLK, such a quality vehicle to the modern ones. Yeah you have to draw a line on how much to spend on a vehicle of low valve, and to start messing with painting is very expensive. Yes definitely family i key, cars are my hobby and job…. But family is my number 1. Thanks for watching as always mate 👍🏼

Yep the glow plugs would be nice to sort, just worried they snap in the head, so will need plenty time to soak in oil. Thanks for watching 👍🏼

Looking at buying a CLK 270 CDI. Can you tell me what the road tax cost is please? And what’s it like on fuel? Cheers.

Really good on fuel 40/50mpg on a run, around the doors 40MPG ish. Road tax is dependent on auto / manual usually £260/£330 tax, provided it’s 55 plate or older will be no more than £360 tax, but if after 55/06 can be £700 tax Thanks 👍🏼
