Very much the same. I know own 2 Yeti Score TT and a BR and have upgraded them to the point of needing a custom cage like Cyconxc. I watch your videos alot as well both are great resources and inspiration. Video quality is there as well in both your content. Since he has stopped, we need you to keep going.
@ChapsUnlimited9 жыл бұрын
Wow that comparison between the SCX10 and your truck really put suspension tunes into perspective. Great video bud.
@CyconXc9 жыл бұрын
Chaps' Unlimited Thanks again. Yeah the comparison to the SCX10 was crazy huh. A stock slash would of been a little better but we didn't bring it with us.
@ChapsUnlimited9 жыл бұрын
I'm definitely impressed just in case you couldn't tell. Lol! I think I want to try my hand at a custom build like that. Going to take some time though.

Well, the word amazing is 10 light years away from covering the handling of the bumps with this truck! My slash is so far away, and the transfer from the last bump to the pavement is seamless! Brilliant!

I use the same axle and rear swing arms in the Twin Hammer. When you dial it in it floats just the same! I love solid axle setups that work so well.
@wildosvt9 жыл бұрын
You did the one thing IMHO that sets this truck apart from all others. You narrowed the front bulkhead and used longer from control arms. Kudos my good sir. Well done. This is a beauty! Associated, Losi, Traxxas etc. wish they had a truck with a suspension this close to the real thing! Imgaine doing this with a slash, Or a SC10. They would not be that smooth.
@CyconXc9 жыл бұрын
wildosvt Why thanks man, appreciate the comment! Still waiting to do a TT vs Slash video. Anyway, the truck uses stock arms so it's no different in that aspect. If I could cnc my own parts I would definitely make my own narrow bulkhead to run longer arms, that would make a huge improvement.
@wildosvt9 жыл бұрын
I just went back and double checked my thoughts. I was wrong. I thought you used the arms from the Proline kit. I missed one vid of the front end update. Either way. Sickest trophy truck to date. I look forward to that Slash comparison vid. ;) I Could watch this video on loop for a long time! So awesome.

@guyblake41592 жыл бұрын
This video NAILS how a suspension is supposed to act. Crawlers and their preference to flex and bashers with theirs for impact absorbency fail to realize these are only 2 secondary benefits. The primary ones, traction and stability, are often overlooked.

Dude i just got a Losi Baja Rey, but yours is still the OG on the streets. World's first TRAXXAS UDR. It was made nearly 10 years ago, we all wanted this truck, and now we can buy it. Man, you started a badass new class and I thank you, I've always liked the slash, but it was missing that body roll and serious suspension travel. Here's to the little guys showing those Corpos how it's done! Peace man, hope I see that beastmobile one day on the track.
