Companies often ask “what is the best PPM software?” In brief, the best PPM software is the one that gets used and helps make better strategic decisions. When you start looking at PPM software, pay closer attention to usability than functionality. We believe usability is one of the most critical components for today’s users of portfolio management software. Usability drives user adoption which in turn creates higher data quality. In other words, your users should like using portfolio management software. You may think that the best PPM software is the one that fulfills all 150 of your requirements. Hello.. WE are a new area in the organization..1 manager and 5 PMs.. each leading 3-4 projects.. No PMO..We are looking for a tool that starts from project documents, from Charter to subsidiary plans ( hopefully with standirized templates) that serves as a repository, with integration among them so a portafolio dashboard can be created... Obviously with all features for managing individual projects.. have you seen something like this in the market?.. thx
