This rin can only be obtained in the Gacha or it was in the event , I did not know about the medal exchanges until now, someone please tell me if I can still obtain it😭😭😭

You can. 3☆ and 2☆ of events get added 6 months later in the normal gacha and can also be exchanged in the shop
