There were two bottles in the bottom of the locker and coincidentally only S/W were shown in the video having blood drawn and being inflicting with something that caused them pain. That is why Sam and woods have 0 recollection of this and why they don't even own the clothes (they haven't bought them yet) this is also 19 years later after Wes died. What you all need to do is make sure this DOES NOT happen when August 8th 2022 comes around. And ask Scott what was happening to them in that scene.

Scott said that they had their blood drawn which means that those two DNA vials that were missing most likely belonged to Sam and woods. I would try to locate those vials because who knows what they are doing with them. Scott should also remember Sam and Woods if he remembered so I’m guessing that either Scott is a really good actor or something made him forget as well.

Look through autumn’s journal, see if it has addresses. I also HIGHLY recommend going through the file cabinet with patient files and try to find any new information with what we know now. Make a log of it and try to contact Autumn maybe? Does her planner go all the way through the year or does it stop at a certain time? It could show when they evacuated that location and help show why. I’d also recommend maybe going back to that location where all of this happened and bring the keys. Try every lock, look through the whole building.

SPOILER: Now knowing that Alex is actually Autmn Hill makes the interaction with her locker at about 7:50 make a lot more sense. When they saw the keys she immediately wanted to look at them and immediately knew that they were a house key and a mail key because those are her keys. And the rest of the findings in that locker like the planner she stuck right around them and then offered to look through it for them. All makes sense now

In the previous video I had a theory about how this location was making backup phantoms in case of emergency and the two missing dna samples could’ve been Sam and Woods’, but since they had the antidote they were deemed no longer useful but now I’m thinking that maybe this was done way earlier on and they were actually the first two to get “cloned” in a sense and the Sam and Woods we see in the security footage could be their clones who are possibly living two completely separate lives hence the different styles of clothes (they probably don’t even know that our Sam and Woods actually exist now that I’m thinking about it). While we’re on the topic maybe this version of Sam and Woods might be from a different project 863. Deb used to mention that she has tried this project many different times but each one had failed so what if the Sam and Woods we see in the camera footage from location 7 are actually from a different/failed project attempt? What if this is a future time loop. Because on the tape/cd it said 220808, which sometimes cameras mix up the date number so this could be on August 8th, 2022? And because you broke the time loop before instead of going to the past and replaying the same day what if it's in the future now. This might explain why both don't remember it and why Sam has never seen those pants before. Love this series and can't wait to see what Scott says. Also, I would see if any of the keys match up from the box of keys if you still have that.

Omg This project 863 episode was very shocking to me as well. I don't even know what to think @ this point obviously that probably didn't happen and I found it a bit terrifying with that scene with woods and Sam with Scott. That was kinda creepy tbh. Mabye the stuff Scot injected into Sam and wood’s arms were small amounts of the vials you had found in his lockers and he hid them so nobody knew he did that experiment of some sort Which also gives a reason to why he was rushing the experiment. I’m not sure if this is the case but it sort of links.

Therory: The footage you guys watched on the DVD was preperation for being subjects 2 and 3 set up by Deb. Matt's blood was also found at that Syntec location, so maybe he went through the same thing. Talk to Scott, maybe he will tell you what was injected and shed some more light into what's happening here.

Hold up... we know Scott is stuck in a loop. What if some of the other employees are also stuck? Autumn's schedule may be helpful if you want to try to find her. She might also be stuck in a loop! My theory on whatever was happening in the recording is that, if the 'time' loop theory is correct, maybe at some point, Woods and Sam will be hunted, so they go into hiding (new clothes mostly). They may be on the run with Scott, and they think that getting stuck in the loop with Scott is the only way they can be safe, so they have whatever that was (an injection with another kind of serum perhaps?) and then they grab the footage to make sure nobody can follow and take it with them while they loop. Eventually in one of the loops, they accidentally drop the footage in location 7 and don't realise until it is too late.
