Check the floor in that room. See if theres anything "out of place" in that room. It does sound like a heavy object with a little bit of force was used.

That actually is a normal sound for glass when its been under stress and it gives it will make a loud pop noise since stress points are focused small points in the glass that gives once it gives it shatters entirely giving that pop or "bang" noise

I see the person and the dress and according to google before that building was owned by matt and his team it was used for some wack stuff i cannot say so it can be an angry person/spirit/ghost that was harmed by the person so it used the wepon that harmed/killed the ghost to break the window also the person could have hide in the room behind the desk or inside the cupboard and then looked to see were you were then left furthermore the noises in the begining could possibly the person entering and going into the room not knowing that you were there or another possibility is that the font was to tight on the glass so combined with the heat and cold air it could break at the point it was the tightest at where the font was.
