I love your channel. Be kind to yourself mate, you’re a great person with massive skill and potential. My advice, as someone who suffers from depression occasionally… do some mushrooms. It fixed my depression and saved my life. I’m not some stoner incase you wondered, I’m very senior in a global company so this isn’t coming from a place of ignorance or from a lack of education… you should consider it. Mental health is a massive deal. I’d also try and build doing some exercise into your day… press-ups and squats, don’t need any kit, just body weight. Keep doing what you’re doing with the channel, it’s great. Even my wife started watching it!!!!

Depression is a strange beast (believe me, I know). It can strike out of nowhere, without rhyme or reason. Your own mind turns against you, no obvious trigger in sight. My best advice is to seek professional help. It literally saved my life. I'd offer a listening ear anytime you're feeling down (Since I've battled depression, I've made it a point to be there for others) but sadly, KZbin doesn't have a messaging system, but I believe I'm following you on Facebook too (though I'm not active there). CJ I don't know you personally but knew of you and your mini from years ago in the mini scene. I have followed you since before the world weird. Your videos have always made me excited and intrigued making me smile laugh out loud but also shead a tear and sympathize. MH is something that hits hard. I can only offer words of understanding and encouragement. You storytelling is so real honest true and utterly brilliant. You camera work editing and cinematography is enthralling and so watchable. Amber is a tribute to your will and determination and strength you sometimes can't realise or appreciate because it is so close to you. The start had me lol the ending brought back memories of helping my grandson through a very rough patch of MH including self harm,now has a diagnosis of BPD and has come to terms with how his life will be and being more positive about things,seeing you suffering is heartbreaking all the best,and as I say to him do things that make you happy and be with people who deserve you ❤️🇦🇺
