I performed your explosive breath technique and OH MY!!! Not only did I feel high but as I was returning to a normal breathing state, I was struck with so many ideas that I was grateful I had my notepad nearby! I filled up several sheets front and back as if a damn broke open on creativity! Fantastic video Stefan thank you so much for the value you share with us!

I love this! I grew up in a non-desiring way for anyone, but was blessed to move to a city where I started going to a church that had a pastor who became my mentor and coach for life. Through him, I was introduced to more or less the exact same values and beliefs that you are presenting here. This also raised my expectations and standards, making me want the most of life. Most of my friends then started telling me I had too high standards and would never find a man worthy enough due to that. I refused to believe that and continued focusing on fulfilling my purpose and living a rich life, in a way that would give glory to Jesus. Now that I found your videos, I am even more inspired and know that I do and did NOT have too high standards, but am closer to the secret of a fulfilled life than most people on this earth. There ARE people who also strive for the most in life, who understand what life is all about, who see beyond what others simply look at - even men! Hah! =) I will continue striving for the best. One day, the right person will show up, and I know I won't regret not having made compromises on my standards, values and beliefs. I don't care if people tell me I am missing out on things, in fact, I am convinced THEY are missing out big time! I also want to say thank you very much for sharing this. You are indeed enriching other people's lives. Thank you for not living in vain and emptying yourself by sharing your gifts with the world. Thank you for giving you time, the most important asset we have. Thank you for everything. God bless you and keep you and continue to guide you in the light. Two questions I also have: 1) Do you know Myles Munroe? If not, you should check him out because your words remind me a lot of him. If you search for his name on KZbin, you will see many videos of his teachings. 2) How are summers in Vancouver? Does it get hot or does it stay rather mild? Thank you in advance for responding and have a wonderful week!

This is one of the coolest and useful motivational video I have ever watched. I can relate so much to what Stefan is saying, I find in it so many of my own ideas that I had in my mind before I even knew about Stefan. It feels amazing. He definitely knows how to motivate people and he is doing it very well. He does not look fake at all, you can look in his eyes and see that he really believes in what he is talking about and you can feel it with your own heart. I really think that Stefan is one of the people who have a lot of good knowledge that really work in real life on how to achieve life success. It can really help a lot of people to achieve their life goals if they set their mind on it in the right way and really constantly feel and believe that they can achieve their life dreams. The way Stefan is sharing his knowledge and own experience willing to really help and serve people deserves respect. You gotta really believe in things he is talking about, its amazing...

I have sat in front of my computer all afternoon and half the night watching video after video from you. It has truly inspired me to commit to the goals I already have in life. I fully believe that what you put into something is what you get out, and knowing that all my life was huge but wasn't necessarily applied. I am in a similar situation as when you first started. Broke, far from my best state of health and well-being and feeling overpowered by the world around. More and more of your videos manifests my urge and willpower to build and grow just like I will as a person and revolve my entire life around just a few simple things every single day. That being to committed to yourself as number one and express gratitude within your whole existence. My mom was right when she said gratitude is attitude. You really don't have anything in life if you can't appreciate and value the joy of breathing every morning and expressing the utmost excitement for another day. Just one day. I lost a twin when I was around two years old and in some sense to that, I feel like I have to, need to, want to, create a magnificent state of happiness and well-being and everything else will fall into place as far as a greater bond within yourself, out reaching to friends and family, and setting your career of to the right foot all with one step at a time. Not only for myself, but the true other half of my life that doesn't get to be a part of life today, but is indefinitely the reason I live my life. Everything in this video is a tad overwhelming but the concept behind taking the time for yourself and appreciating it is key. Right now I am working on writing down 3 things I am grateful for, and 3 tasks to get done every day. No where close to yours, but baby steps will build a solid foundation for great achievement. Ever since I was little I knew I was going somewhere big and have a passion that burns inside my soul to be the best me I can be and in return, share with the world any and all that I can positively offer. It was between the place I sit now, and the greatness I want to emulate, that I get lost in. I know where I am in this moment and where I want to be in the future, just never knew how or truly why I was doing much of anything. The inspirational impact I have felt inside from you today, is just one step closer to figuring out my game plan. You have given very solid ideas and boundaries and definitely good advise on just going after and doing what makes you happy. Public speaking has been a huge interest of mine to spread, especially in women or bullied beings, that everyone is special and what you look like or grew up in doesn't dictate the life you can create. You have opened my eyes more than I can say with the way I viewed how to get from point A to B. I now know that I can and will patiently find what works for me and reach a state of pure bliss in every aspect of life. Thank you for taking the time out of your life to help others in such a vast movement. I appreciate all of your efforts and you resonate so much gratitude, I can't help but be thankful. Even watching this, I was emotional about just having a bed to relax in, a laptop for convenience, and internet at my home to have this huge impact on how I approach each day, all from your gratitude for life. Thank you so much for doing exactly what you're doing. It made a difference on my life.

I just watched this entire video after watching 2 other vlogs of yours. You're Awesome on a whole other level! Quick blurb about me and why I relate to you: 32yrs old- I have 10yrs in as a high school health/PE teacher in New Jersey. My world got rocked two years ago when I had my daughter Micah and then had to watch her take her last breath a couple months later. My life has been a roller coaster ever since. Here is a bullet list(I love lists): 1. I lost the pregnancy weight(40lbs-and looking so amazing). 2. I got super lean on a low carb diet(bad choice). 3. intense training was my anti-depressant while grieving(I've always been an athlete-I would have died without exercise-honestly the grief would have stolen my life). 4. no refeed/high cal days(same as you). 5. broke up with my daughter's father because of the grief. 6.blew up a year later(15lbs over my normal weight-so embarrassing considering I was "the cute young mom who lost her kid and then got the most amazing body post pregancy/loss" now I'm the mom that doesn't look like she is handling her grief very well). 7. lost all control and developed the worst binge eating disorder(awful road on so many levels considering my emotions were so RAW). Since the loss of my daughter, my breakup, and finally overcoming my eating disorder(this past December-took me months) I have learned SOOOOOO MUCH about who I am, my purpose, and how my body functions. I have an appreciation for life like you wouldn't believe. I refused to roll over and die. Your videos are exactly what is in my brain. I take so much pride in being a teacher because I get to share my life experiences with my students. Hopefully, most of them will never experience a loss like I have and I get to help prepare them for a full, happy, and healthy life regardless. THANK YOU...THANK YOU...THANK YOU for making me feel like I'm not an alien. I walk through life thinking i'm the only one who appreciates the little things because i know what it's like to lose the most important things. I often think I will never find a great guy who has a similar mindset or who could possibly handle my positivity and you have just proven me wrong. You're an amazing person.

Great video Stefan!!! Bravo for the entire 1 HOUR! I'm exactly the type of person who this is for! The person dedicated to depth and mastery! I've been studying Tony's material for 14 years, been to UPW, as well as on Crew, and I had been applying many of these principles for years, writing full out RPM plans and I commend your level of commitment and mastery to the absolute full out daily application. For one, in life, sometimes when we shift around goals, move, have unexpected setbacks, or have massive changes, we get out of routine or ritual. For me I had done all of this on my RPM planner (which I have been using all those years), but for many different reasons death in family, business challenges, I slipped out of habit, and entered some valley/Winters of life, which is natural in life we will have peaks and valleys. However, I had been putting too much emphasis on solving problems intellectually to make the shifts I wanted to make, (much like you said about eating the apple) and because we are so "digital minded" now, also the tools I no longer was using the paper planner, so my focus had drifted away from the Morning Ritual with this depth. I've always exercised and been generally positive of course, so I still have been able to accomplish a great deal regardless, but like you said it's giving ourselves the TRUE EMOTIONAL FULFILLMENT AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL! THE JOY! Now I use Evernote, with RPM Planning (Offense) & Getting Things Done (Defense). For everyone watching this, they should know that you are spot on! Because subconscious habitforce is the most powerful force in our behavior and the mass media, general herd of masses, will bring enough drama in one news show to knock anyone off track into a spiral of negativity! LIke you said most people are down for the count the moment they wake up! Having lived the highs of daily morning conditioning, and the lows of no morning conditioning! You've inspired me to immediately get back to a level 10 on NON-NEGOTIABLE FULL OUT Morning Ritual Early to Bed, Early to Rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise! Well done my friend! Also, I'm a big supporter of Darren Jacklin, he helped me and inspired me to overcome some obstacles way back in 2007, been following his career ever since! Great guy! I write a lot, am currently writing a new book, and coach as well, and I will reach out to you sometime to connect and share ideas! Keep up the greatness!

Excellent video! I love how you laid it all out there and didn't hold back. You weren't afraid to show your breathing exercise, ( which I immediately did after I saw you do it btw) or your affirmations! People usually get all Shady and sketchy for some reason when you ask them what their affirmations are, even successful people sometimes do this so I appreciate that as well. To add to that, because of your openness with what is working for you with your affirmations and the clarity with which you shared them I gained a lot of clarity from all the conflicting advice I've gotten about affirmations over the years. Most of all I appreciate you not being bashful or overly P. C about your faith! Lol people who believe in the theory of evolution and all that jazz have no problem speaking on that so I appreciate the congruency and authentic confident grateful way with which you speak about that aspect of your life. There were a lot of other things I liked and learned from that video but perhaps one day I'll tell you in person because this comment is getting long but keep up the great stuff man I'm subscribed!

Completely amazing. You are so well rounded. I'm watching this at the gym and I usually listen to music but I was in the mood for something deeper. As always, absolute quality. Thank you.

You're genuine...big ups!! Enjoyed this video right after watching Tony Robbins. I would say best of luck but I know luck has little to do with it. I'm also on the same journey here in Canada's capital and hopefully will be visiting Beautiful British Columbia in 2015. Thank you and keep it up!!

I really enjoyed this. I am starting some of the rituals immediately. Some of them I am doing now, but the addition of gratitude and learning to controlling your state is great and I can easily see the benefit. I appreciate the information. Keep up the good work and see you a the top!

Fanastic video, Stefan. Thanks for putting so much time and thought into creating it, and sharing your rituals with us. It's very inspiring, and I can't wait to implement new techniques into my morning. Since your last morning video, I've started with smiling, breathing, stretching in bed, lots of lemon water, and focasing on gratitude and my little mantra: I am happy, healthy, wealthy and grateful...and then going through examples why each one is so true for me. Some while getting ready for work .Now I'm excited to try some of the breathing and priming techniques. I keep index cards for incantations, and one for questions as well. I usually read them any time I feel I could use positivity. But I definitely want to focas on engaging my body more. In everything I do, and also during stating beliefs out loud....and getting over how silly I might look just starting out. Lol. But I'm on this whole journey of changing my life through changing me. And I thank you for your inspiration and encouragement. I've taken a lot of your advice to heart. I'm in a completely different place since I last emailed you. And very proud. Thanks again. Keep it up =]

Thank you my dear. Your openness and transparency and love of life is contagious. Thanks for sharing your morning rituals. I like your Empowering Questions and will add those to my daily morning routine. Do you have a specific Evening Routine/Ritual. I struggle with winding down and wondered if you have any tips or suggestions to wrap up the day. Thanks. Namaste💖

I am glad I watched this video! I have actually been doing something very similar in the mornings to get the day started, but a less detailed version. However, I like your version because it is highly detailed which seems more efficient. I like all that you represent ! I will definitely be watching more of your videos.
