If you're looking for the best picture quality in a pico/portable projector you should check out the Aaxa P7 (there's currently one listed on eBay in New condition for $389.99 with Free Shipping) On that auction page there's a Side-by-Side comparison photo of the Aaxa P7 -vs- the Full Size BenQ W1070 projector and they have very similar image quality with slightly different colors.

Yes the brighter one is brighter and the 720p is better than the 480p, we can all see that after one single picture, this went on way too long, what's next? Compare a 1080p 1500 lumens with a 360p 20 lumens and use 1200 pictures to show the brighter one is brighter? The reason to compare is to compare allegedly similar projectors, you are comparing bicycles to cars here
