I, did one of those several years ago. Great job, buddy! My customer, had fuel dripping out of fuel filter drain tube, while the engine was running.

That early 99 fuel bowl looks very similar to the one on my 01but the heater is very different. Thanks for another video Brian. Keep them coming. Just re-sealed mine and added a few extra parts from Riffraff.

I knew there are some differences between various years, but not sure exactly what they are.

just wanted to drop a comment for support brother, Glad to see the 7.3 vids going. I did a dieselsite max ac mod the other day and used your video as reference, although it was a different style. Seemed to help my Max AC setting a bit. I did a little work on my fuel bowl when i put new o rings in my hpop, it looked pretty clean though so I just put new parker sleeves i believe they are called and cleaned it up a bit. I saw today a f250 scrapyard near me has some 05 harley f250 interior, i'm gonna go check it out and see if i can make a deal for it maybe to put in my 01.

You might be "proficient", but you are damned knowledgeable on the 7.3 diesel engines. My father had a couple Ford Diesel trucks, 6.9 and a 7.3 before going exclusive Cummins. I know I've learned a lot from your videos. I know it makes them slippery but do you pre-moisten the seals with diesel fluid or some lubricant? I do it all of my assemblies on the jets and helos with whatever system lubricants the O-rings are sealing (jet fuel, turbine oil or hydraulic fluid). It helps to keep them from pinching or rolling them during assembly. Nice job and tutorial.
