Proline Mx57 mod that makes them so much better!!!

So I have my new tires from Proline and I have modded those to be so much better. So in the video you’ll see that I have vented all four tires in four separate spots and now the tires balloon a lot more. And some people will disagree but I like ballooning as ballooning will change the gear ratio of the truck to make it more speed oriented. The tires were ballooning before but not like I would like them too. Plus they were ballooning really oddly which I think isn’t good for tire. Now that they are vented they are ballooning in a more characteristic style that are RC tires are known for but not any extreme ballooning. Most definitely is a very good mod for the tires.

Do you know what is the different between Pro line badlands mx57 pro10198-11 and Pro line badlands mx57 PRO10198-10 ? Which one has a belt and better? Because it is different only number.

How heavy are the new tires you put on? It sounds like you said 1580 grams. Are they 580? I'm thinking about getting some. Nice video thanks

They are 680 grams each. Stock is 600

What batteries were you running before? Did you run them with tires vented as well?

Yep it’s the castle 2028 1100kv and the max 5 currently. I use the xlx2 as my main esc but it went out so I have this one as backup

Yea the proline washer thing is a joke and you almost have no threads. So get these wheels nuts and there is a piece on the nut that takes up the slack between the hub and wheel. I haven’t had my wheel nut come off yet

@@Hittin2thabass thanks ya I sent an email about it to proline that they need to replace the washers with that type nut they told me that the washer isn't the issue it the traxxas stubs and I should contact them about the issue...came across a guy on Facebook that lost a washer and nut do to the issue and he said they wouldn't supply him with a replacement or part# to get a new one

Yea I lost a couple nuts and had to stop using the tires until I got the nuts in

Yea I know that’s my next upgrade is an unbreakable body I want a stock xmaxx body but in the unbreakable ones
