Prolux CV12000 Central Vacuum - How to replace the circuit board -

I have a similar issue than described below. CV12000 turns on by itself (nothing plugged in).. I've checked the wire at receptacles inside the house to be sure they were tight, etc. No issue. When unplugging 1 of the wires from the CV12000, it turns off. I guess this is telling me I have a problem in the wire somewhere? Or, is this the circuit board?

My CV12000 works but I have to turn it on manually at the unit. If I use the hose with the switch, it would turn on and then off in a few seconds, or not at all? Is that a circuit board issue?
